Ken Sports Management (KSM) is the for-profit subsidiary of Ken Soccer Academy, created to bridge the gap between player development and professional opportunity. While Ken Soccer Academy focuses on grassroots development, education, and character building, KSM provides full-service athlete representation and career management at the professional level.
We support players as they transition from academy environments into professional football, offering guidance in contract negotiations, career planning, club placements, and long-term career strategy. Our goal is to ensure every client is positioned for sustainable success both on and off the pitch.
